A grain storage facility automation.
Project Description
The facility consist of four silo storage units (each 1630 m3), and two temporary units for preparation and drying, a drying unit, filtering unit, four elevators, seven transporters, and grain distributors. The automation was implemented using Siemens automation equipment, and industrial PC with integrated touch screen. It provides both automatic and manual control of the facility, implemented with over fifty automatic per-programed processes. Our modular software solutions provide provide simple enhancement of the facility, both process- and component-wise.
