ESMA – Drying Systems

The art of drying is today of major importance as far as cereal preservation is concerned. The rules followed by ESMA to realise the product are the following: maximum reliability, respect of the environment, respect of the user, respect of the natural characteristics the handled product. ESMA driers have been manufactured in the respect of the above listed rules, which can be considered as a model for modern agriculture. ESMA puts at the disposal of the users of its machinery a wide range of machines able to meet the most varied requirements. The general and the specific technical characteristics of each of its parts have been studied withparticular consideration for the functional characteristics and reliability. The products employed by ESMA are reliable andof high quality. ESMA driers guarantee the perfect quality of the dried product, together with short and safe maintenance intervention requirements.

SILESFOR – Grain Storage Technology

SILESFOR silos’ are te result of a constant and hard work of committment in the production and realization of implantation for cereals storaging. Using the most update production technologies, choosing the highest quality material and the projecting and producting flexibility, makeSILESFOR’s silos a qualitative and competitive products able to satisfy the need of many storaging farms. Projects respect the american standards AISC and ASBC and referr to the law part 6 of DIN1055. Anyway as direct producer SILESFOR is able to produce also non-standard models realized with different kind of steels (different from the mentioned one). Silos are made of a standard press-bended upright frame and of a bunch of corrugated shhets both in a galvanized steel material called S350GD + Z375. Galvanized bolt are the main junctions of the elements, the structure is impermeable because it is made of a thermoplastic sealing and special PVC washers which accompain the bolts and nuts. The roof is covered by a layer of structural galvanized steel S350GD+Z375 composed by trapezium nervated elements with a 30° inclination.
