Project Description
The capacity of the facility is 1000 t and it is composed of over 40 active and passive elements. The storage and transport equipment is product of the company Silesfor (http://www.silesfor.com), Italy. The equipment is manufactured according to latest industrial standards. Automatech OG has successfully completed automation of the facility with all necessary electrical installations. The deployed system for automation consist of two types of industrial computers: programmable logic controller (PLC) for the control of the facility and industrial PC for user interaction software. The system provides 36 different industrial processes, with the ability to run up to four processes in parallel execution. The human interaction software provides dynamic signalization of the elements, error notification, automatic and manual mode of operation. The system is implemented with the high regard to robustness and dependability, and it is able to recognize and contain both malicious and unintentional errors in operation. The system is active since January 2013.
